SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items are made to order. On average, orders ship within 2-3 weeks and take 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped.

1st Class Domestic - $3.50 flat rate

Canada - $10 flat rate

International Shipping, Outside North America - $15 flat rate 

Petite Soleil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

TRACKING

Once your order has been fulfilled and the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a tracking number, which can be used to follow your package's journey to its destination. If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please give your local post office (not the 1-800 number) a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts. Petite Soleil under no circumstances is responsible for lost or stolen packages, once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind. 

We suggest that the customer open a claim with USPS, as this may lead to the locating of a lost package.

International Shipping: When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.

WORRY-FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If we make a mistake with your order or send a less-than-perfect product, we will refund the full price of the wrong or defective item. Please contact our customer care team, and we'll complete the return.

Our policy lasts 14 days after merchandise is delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds are contingent upon the company's reception of the unwanted product. Exchanges are dependent upon product availability.
